Its been a record-breaking month of travel, folks. Interstate 40 has become an old friend I’ve paid a visit to at least twice a week, and April ended with a whirlwind 16 hr. shootfest over the weekend. Wedding season is officially here & 2011 is shaping up to be a spectacular year. I’m working on a post with updates, news & a few fun announcements, but in the meantime I have loads of images to share… so lets start with Liza & David.

I loved spending the afternoon with these two. After months of emails & phone calls, it was great to finally meet in person. Liza chose the NC Museum of Art as our shoot location & even though it was closed when we arrived, we used every inch of the grounds & had an absolute blast together. They are such a fun couple…quick to laugh and beautifully real. They have a playful sweetness that’s so easy to photograph. We talked throughout the entire shoot & I returned to the studio that night to the sweetest thank-you email from Liza. These guys are my kinda’ couple…can’t wait to spend more time with them on their wedding day this fall.

Did I mention Liza is crazy gorgeous? And I’m pretty sure she didn’t have a stitch of makeup on. Yep, I’m jealous…
