I’ve been trying to write this post for a week & nothing seems quite worthy of these two…so here goes:

This session was a gift from one sister to another. It was a form of healing, and a tribute of sorts. Tricia lost her fiance Lin in a car accident last year, and their sweet pup, Kobe was a gift from him. He’s so much more than a pet…he’s family.

This is my new favorite family session…. :)

  20. Kellie, it has taken me a while to post a comment because the words escape me to express my appreciation and gratitude. You truly have captured the resilience, strength, and beauty that encompasses my sister. Kobe is so much more than a dog. He encompasses the spirit of a person that left this world far too soon. We will forever treasure these photos. They tell a story of love and loss and show the healing power that animals have. Until next time!
